For two days one-to-one merchant onsite training from 9 to 10 Oct 2025, we have received quite a lot of positive feedback for us to enhance our services.

In brief, all merchants said that our online eCommerce solution is easily used and support WeChat payment which can be a good business opportunity for them to explore.  Secondly, the merchants understand our DTSPP solution and are thinking about how to increase their business revenue.

However, some merchants said that they are quite old and need to attend a few more training courses in the future.  Therefore, we will keep our weekly Wednesday training to the merchants.

In the long term, SmartBiz will continue to enhance our solutions to handle different business needs.
